Introduction to Lightroom in partnership with Calderdale Adult Learning

60.00

Editing your images is an essential part of being a creative photographer. Adobe Lightroom allows you to reinterpret and to fine-tune your artistic vision, organise, edit and share images.

While Adobe Photoshop lets you refine the details, Lightroom streamlines the editing process. Combined, they set the industry standard for image editing and cataloguing.

On this course we will cover importing and managing files, organising files into Collections and Smart Collections, tethered shooting, adjusting white balance, cropping, straightening & aspect ratios, file formats & their usages, exporting files for the web, print & social media and linking Lightroom with Photoshop.

The course will be held at Heath Campus, Free School Lane Halifax.

If you are receiving any of the following benefits then the course is free. However you will have to provide evidence of the benefits you are in receipt of at the first workshop which you attend.

The main income-based benefits are:

  • Job Seeker's Allowance
