The Artworks respects each individual and customers right to the their own personal privacy. The Artworks will only collect and use information that is given by the individual through the following:
The Artworks website collects information from the customer in a number of ways. These include general data from users of the website. When customers enrol themselves onto a course or workshop, supplying their name, address, postcode, email, telephone number, child’s name and age (only applicable to parents/guardians who enrol a child(ren) onto a course).
Information is also collected on the enquiry form and by subscribing to the Artworks Mailing list. The purpose of the collection of this information is required to enable the Artworks to supply the services they offer.
The personal data collected by the Artworks will only be used for the purpose of monitoring and internal administration. Details given by individuals/customers will be stored securely in protected databases.
Only users who have voluntarily subscribed to the Artworks mailing list will receive newsletters.
The information that is collected will not be used to build customer profiles that are based on users browsing history and activity. In addition the Artworks will not work with any third party to collect data about our users or share information with third parties.
The Artworks website does contain links to external websites. The Artworks would encourage all users who click on these links to read the respective privacy policies of those organisations as these may be different to that of the Artworks.
All users and customers are fully entitled to access data that The Artworks has on them under the EU 2018 General Data Protection Regulations. Users may also report any inaccuracies or ask for their data to be deleted from our databases.
