Refund Policy


Please read this Refund Policy closely.

Cancellation by Artworks

If Artworks finds it necessary to cancel a class, workshop or session, all participants/students will be notified immediately. If a course must be cancelled completely, Artworks will give students the opportunity of a full refund or will transfer their payment to another course available at Artworks on the grounds that there are still spaces available.

If unplanned or unforeseen circumstances prompt a singular session of a multi-week course to be cancelled, Artworks will contact all students immediately, informing them of an alternative date to make up the total amount of sessions. Alternatively the offer of a refund for the singular session cost will be available. Artworks will refund the student(s) within three weeks of the session cancellation date.

Cancellation by You

We will provide a refund if you give advance notice of 7 working days before the course start date that you will not be taking up your place on a course.

Please note there is a administration fee of  £5 payable in respect of refunds.

You will need to speak to a member of administration staff at Artworks on 01422346900 who will make a note of your withdrawal and ask you to put your reason for withdrawal in writing.

Please note, if you withdraw after the course has started you will not be entitled to a refund.

If a student is unable to attend a class due to illness, then Artworks must be informed immediately so that the Artist Educator can be notified.

Non-attendance of classes/workshops does not not automatically mean a refund, however Artworks will consider the circumstances with fair and reasonable consideration.

Student Conduct

Artworks expects all students to conduct themselves in a professional manner and to understand that all students may need support and assistance from the Artist Educator or other members of Staff. If a student is behaving in an inappropriate and unsuitable manner, Artworks reserve the right to issue a verbal warning. If the inappropriate behaviour continues then the student(s) will be asked to leave Artworks.

Up to date Information

Artworks website contains the most up to date information regarding dates, information and course content. Artworks advises all students and interested students to regularly check the website and social media platforms for any updates, to prevent any inconvenience or disappointment.

Changes and cancellations

We aim to deliver all courses as advertised in our brochure.

However courses may be cancelled, or changed, if enrolments are too low or in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Dates for enrolment are provisional and subject to change.


Every effort has been made to provide accurate information. Artworks can accept no responsibility for errors or omissions. We reserve the right to introduce changes to the information given here, including the addition, withdrawal, relocation or restructuring of the courses.
